The global Aspire Leaders Program is a fully funded 14-week online leadership program offered by the Aspire Institute. It has been designed to help students unlock their potential and become well-rounded professionals. This program will empower the participants to explore their strengths and leverage them to create a positive impact in their communities. It is an interactive leadership development journey that is manageable alongside your other commitments.
Interactive masterclasses with world-class professors, discussions with a global network of peers, and access to mentors and financial awards will allow young leaders to build confidence in their talent and potential.
About Aspire Institute
The Aspire Institute, an independent non-profit organization, started as a program under the Mittal South Asia Institute at Harvard University in 2017. Founded by two Harvard Business School professors, Dr. Tarun Khanna and Dr. Karim Lakhani, it spun off from Harvard in 2022 with a vision to help every young person achieve their full potential and contribute their leadership and talents to build thriving communities.

Open to students within the age group of 18-29 years.

The annual household income of the applicants should be less than ₹8,00,000.

Only first-generation learners are eligible to apply for the program.

Participants who have enrolled in or completed an undergraduate program in the last three years are eligible to apply. (Note: Those who have enrolled in or completed a master's or postgraduate program are not eligible to apply.)

Applicants must have an intermediate level of proficiency in English.

Free Access to Harvard Study Modules: Students will be provided exclusive access to Harvard career ready materials and other resources.

Live Interactive Masterclasses: Virtual sessions led by renowned faculty members from Harvard and other world-class institutions.

Certificate of Completion: Upon successful completion of each module, the participants will receive a certification of completion. A participant will receive 3 certificates in total if they complete the 3 modules.

Grant and Mentorship Opportunities: Seed funding of ₹85,000 will help students take risks and start initiatives that might positively impact social impact in their community or region. To avail of this seed funding, students will have to submit a project proposal.

Community Action awards up to ₹8,50,000.

What are the admissions eligibility criteria for the Aspire Leaders Program 2024?

How much does this program cost?
The Aspire Leaders Program 2024 is entirely free to participate. There is no application fee or charge for accessing the modules.
Do I need a TOEFL, IELTS, or other English exam score?
The participants are not required to submit official test scores or English language certification to participate in the program. However, an intermediate level of English proficiency in speaking, listening, and writing is highly recommended for an enriching learning experience.
How can I change my email address?
If the applicant still has access to the email address they used, they may login and go to the profile settings to make the changes. However, if they used an email that cannot be accessed or verified, they must resubmit an application with an accurate email address.
