About The Program
Vivek Medical Students Scholarship Program 2025 is offered by Karuna Trust*. It aims to empower deserving students who are meritorious and economically backwards medical students who want to pursue their MBBS. Selected candidates will receive a scholarship amount decided by the Karuna Trust.
*Karuna Trust, founded in 1986 and affiliated with VGKK at B R Hills, works for tribal and marginalised community empowerment. Its mission is holistic development through innovative, replicable models with a dedicated service-minded team.

EligibilityDeadline Date: 20-Nov-2025
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a 1st-year MBBS student of Bangalore Medical College and Mysore Medical College with 85% or above in 2nd PUC and an entrance exam rank of 2000 or below
- be a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th-year MBBS student who has not received any scholarship other than VMS in previous years and has secured over 70% in the last university exam
- have an annual family income not exceeding ₹3,00,000
Note:- For 1st-year MBBS students, applying for or receiving other scholarships and education loans is not a disqualification for this scholarship.
