University of Reading Global Sustainability Leaders Scholarship 2025

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be a UK or international fee-paying student
• hold an offer for a University of Reading undergraduate programme in 2025-26
• achieve grades AAA or above (or equivalent qualification) or AAB for students eligible for a contextualised offer

Note:-

• Students in receipt of a University of Reading Excellence Scholarship, a University of Reading Sanctuary Scholarship or a PwC Flying Start Bursary are ineligible.
• The scholarship cannot be deferred for future years.

The selected students will receive:-

• GBP 6,000 per year for up to 4 years of full-time study for maintenance and living costs
• Access to opportunities, including:
  • Developing knowledge and leadership skills to address climate and nature issues
  • Taking positive actions for sustainability
  • Building relevant networks
  • Engaging in cross-disciplinary learning and activities
  • Becoming part of a growing community of future global sustainability leaders
  • Receiving career support to enhance employability

Note:- The Scholarship is discretionary and is awarded on a competitive basis.
