The Oberoi Group Scholarship Program 2025 is offered for individuals working in hotel operations. It continues the legacy of Rai Bahadur M.S. Oberoi and Mr. P.R.S. Oberoi by offering two prestigious scholarships:
- Dare To Dream Scholarship
- Be The Best Scholarship
These scholarships aim to empower and support exceptional individuals who demonstrate outstanding potential and dedication to becoming world-class hoteliers. Selected candidates will receive financial support for MBA program and tours.

EligibilityDeadline Date: 15-Sep-2025
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be aged between 28 to 35 years as on 15 August in the year of applying
- possess a 3-year degree in hotel management or any other discipline from a recognised university, demonstrating academic excellence with a minimum of 70% aggregate in the most recent degree course, as evidenced by transcripts
- hold a valid minimum SCORE of 7 in IELTS or 100 in TOEFL (online version will be acceptable)
- have five years of continuous full-time employment experience as an Executive in a hotel company in various departments such as Front Office, Food and Beverage Service, Kitchen, or Housekeeping operations, as demonstrated by my performance ratings
- have the following as respective of the opportunity:
- A letter of recommendation from the reporting General Manager, coordinated directly by The Oberoi Group, and, validation from the Company/Corporate Head, coordinated directly by The Oberoi Group (for Dare to Dream Scholarship)
- A letter of recommendation from the reporting General Manager, and, validation from the Company/Corporate Head (for Be The Best Scholarship)
Benefits
The Oberoi Group will pay the related expenses for the MBA programme at EHL and an annual best practice tour for the selected candidates.

- Official Class 10 Transcript from the School Board
- Official Class 12 Transcript from the School Board
- Proof of Graduation/Degree from the College/University
- Proof of Post-Graduation Degree from the College/University (if applicable)
- IELTS/TOEFL Test SCOREs (The test should have been taken any time in the last two years)
- Complete and updated resume
- Statement of Purpose

- Incomplete applications will not be accepted. All applications must include relevant educational and professional transcripts or certificates, where applicable. These documents need to be uploaded while filling out the application form.
- Additionally, a valid IELTS or TOEFL score certificate must be uploaded with the application form.
