The inStem Summer Research Fellowships program (SuRF) 2026, is an initiative by the Biotechnology Research and Innovation Council (BRIC), Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. This fellowship will allow students to enhance their experimental skills in a duration of 10-week-long summer research internship program. The selected students will receive variable benefits.
To be eligible, an applicant must be students:
Note:- Preference will be given to students in the life sciences fields. Students have to be currently enrolled in their program.
The selected students will receive orientation, laboratory research, lecture series, presentations, and a completion certificate.
