About The Program
Talent Support Stipend Programme, West Bengal 2025-26, offered by the Government of West Bengal under the West Bengal Minorities Development & Finance Corporation (WBMDFC) for the welfare of the minority students. It is designed to support minority students in West Bengal who have scored below 50% in their last final examination but wish to continue their education. The scholarship encourages such students to pursue studies from Class XI up to Ph.D. level in government or non-government institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities. Selected students will receive an award of up to ₹4,900.
EligibilityDeadline Date: 31-May-2026
To be considered, an applicant must:
- be a domicile of West Bengal
- belong to a minority community
- annual family income should not exceed ₹2,00,000
- have secured less than 50% marks in the previous final examination
Note: The applicant is required to take a printout of the application and submit the same to the respective institution with a copy of the bank passbook.

Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:

Step 4: Click on ‘Fresh Registration’ for the new students. And for ‘Renew Registration’ click on ‘Renew Your Application 2025-26’.
Step 5: Select the ‘District of your Institute’.
Step 6: Fill in the required details and proceed with your application.
Note: The applicant is required to take a printout of the application and submit the same, duly signed by him/her, to the respective institution with a copy of the Bank Passbook.
