About The Program

The State Minority Scholarship Part II (DHE), Maharashtra 2025-26 is an initiative of the Minority Development, Government of Maharashtra, to provide financial aid for students pursuing graduate and postgraduate degrees in Arts, Commerce, Science, Law, and Education courses. The selected students will receive a total annual course fee of ₹5,000 (whichever is less).

EligibilityDeadline Date: 31-Mar-2026

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

  • be a domicile of Maharashtra
  • hold a graduation or postgraduation degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, Law, or Education
  • have an annual family income of up to ₹8,00,000

Note:- Maharashtrian students studying outside the state are ineligible.

The selected students will receive the total annual course fee or ₹5,000, whichever is less.

How can you apply?

Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note: If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Navigate to the 'New Applicant Registration' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard and click on it.
Step 4: Fill in all required details, verify the email and the phone number, enter the captcha and click on the  'Register' button.
Step 5: After successfully registering on the portal, click on the 'Applicant login' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 6: Log in using the username and password. 
Step 7: Fill in the necessary details, upload the required documents, and submit.

The candidates will be selected based on the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria.
