About The Program
The Samvardhan Biodiversity & Conservation Fellowship 2026 is an opportunity provided byDasra and Rohini Nilekani Philanthropies (RNP) to conservation practitioners and experts below 35 years of age. The selected students will receive a grant of ₹3,00,000 and other benefits.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be conservation practitioners and researchers
- be below 35 years of age
- be engaged in conservation beyond major wildlife hubs and urban centres i.e. at the grassroot level
- be engaged in public-interest conservation and ecology at the intersection of community, health, and livelihoods
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive:
- A grant of ₹3,00,000
- Expert mentorship
- Peer led community for online networking and skill building sessions
