- hold an offer for a full-time on-campus undergraduate course at RGU
- be classified as an international or European fee payer
- be a self-funding student (not receiving external financial aid)
- be applying for direct entry into Year 1 or 2 of an undergraduate course
- be willing to engage in extracurricular activities and act as an ambassador for RGU

Eligible applicants can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:-

- Part-time students will receive financial awards and discounts on a pro rata basis.
- Discounts will be awarded at the University's discretion.
- Each student will receive the most beneficial individual award, determined by the highest value among the scholarship, financial award, or discount. Only one award can be held per offer.
- RGU Scholarships and Awards are exclusively for self-funded students.
