About The Program
The Pre Matric Scholarships for SC Students (Class 9-10), Karnataka 2026 is an opportunity provided by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Karnataka to students of Karnataka, pursuing in Classes 9 and 10. The selected students will receive financial aid for their education.
EligibilityDeadline Date: 30-Sep-2026
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a student domiciled in Karnataka
- be pursuing studies in Classes 9 and 10
- belong to the SC category
- have an annual family income below ₹2,50,000
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive financial assistance for their education.

- SSLC Marks Card
- Caste and Income Verification Certificate in the applicant's name (issued by the Tahsildar and current/valid)
- Aadhaar Card
How can you apply?
Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Navigate to the section of ‘Applicant Corner’ and click ‘Click here to create new account’.
Step 4: Enter your Adhaar number and select 'CLICK TO PROCEED' to create an account and complete the Aadhaar registration process.
Step 5: After successful registration, log in with valid credentials and proceed with your application.
(Note: Students must successfully complete their NSP-OTR registration to avail this scholarship.)
