About The Program
The NLUD Justice for Children Litigation Fellowship 2025-26 is an opportunity provided by National Law University Delhi (NLUD) in collaboration with UNICEF for law graduates. This scholarship aims to improve the situation for children in need of care and in conflict with the law by providing them with quality legal aid and support. The selected candidates shall receive a monthly stipend of ₹30,000.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must:
- hold a Law degree (LL.B. or B.A.LL.B.).
- have updated knowledge of substantive and procedural child rights law, including POCSO and JJ Act.
- have at least 3 years of experience in child rights litigation.
- be extremely well-versed in drafting and pleading.
- be proficient in arguing cases before child-oriented forums in the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.

The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹30,000.
