About The Program

NLSIU Manager - Litigation Fellowships 2026 is offered by the National Law School of India University. The fellowship is a prestigious opportunity designed to support early-career, first-generation litigators in developing their litigation practice. Selected fellows will receive commensurate with experience, within a range of ₹60,000-₹70,000 mentorship, robust training programmes, and networking opportunities for 1 year (extendable based on performance).

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

  • be an early-career, first-generation litigator
  • hold a bachelor's degree in law/ or a master’s degree in social work, public policy, or related fields
  • 5+ years in project/program management, preferably in legal education, access to justice, or nonprofit sectors
  • have strong communication skills (written and spoken)
  • be available for the full duration of the fellowship programme

Desirable Qualifications:
     ● Familiarity with legal systems and fellowship programs is desirable
     ● Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
     ● Proficiency in spoken Kannada and Hindi
     ● 2+ years’ experience managing fellowship, professional development or continuing education programmes.
