About The Program

The NLSIU Assistant Director - Litigation Fellowships 2026 is offered by the National Law School of India University.   • hold a bachelor's degree in law, or a master's degree in social work, public policy, or related fields (Master's degree in law is desirable)
  • have 7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in legal education, access to justice, or nonprofit sectors
  • have strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • have experience with project management tools
  • be capable of multitasking and handling large, complex tracking systems

Desirable Qualification: Master’s degree in law.

Benefits

The selected fellows will receive commensurate with experience, within a range of ₹1,00,000-₹1,20,000, along with comprehensive mentorship from experienced litigators and access to robust training programmes and workshops. The position is contractual for a period of one year and may be extended based on performance and programme requirements.
