About The Program

The National University of Singapore Amgen Scholars Program 2026 is an opportunity offered by Amgen Foundation and Harvard University to students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate courses. This scholarship aims to help students complete their education at the university. The selected candidates shall receive a stipend of SGD 6000 and other benefits.

EligibilityDeadline Date: 01-Feb-2026

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

  • be enrolled as an undergraduate (or equivalent) at a university in an eligible Asian country or area
  • return to home institution for at least one semester to continue undergraduate studies after completing the program
  • have completed at least one year of undergraduate study by June 2, 2026.
  • be available to attend full-time from June 2 to August 6, 2026, with no other engagements during this period.
  • have good working knowledge of English, demonstrated by either:
  • All undergraduate courses taught in English, or
  • Acceptable scores in one of the following tests:
    • TOEFL iBT: 72 or above
    • IELTS: 5.5 overall band score or above
    • Cambridge English FCE
    • TOEIC: 1095 or above
    • TOEIC L&R: 785 or above
    • TOEIC S&W: 310 or above
Benefits

The selected candidates shall receive:

  • Accommodation arranged by the National University of Singapore.
  • Travel Grant up to SGD 1,500 to cover airfare from the participant’s home country to Singapore and from Japan back to the home country after the symposium, via the most direct and economical route.
  • Stipend of SGD 6,000 (₹4,20,737 approx.) for the 8‑week program.
  • Visa Application: The National University of Singapore will initiate the TEP application process and cover all associated fees.
