Mukhyamantri Kanya Utthan Yojana, Bihar 2023 is an initiative of the Department of Education, Bihar Government for girl students who have secured first division in Bihar intermediate exams. The selected students will receive a financial assistance of INR 25,000 (one-time).

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:
- be an unmarried girl student
- be domiciled in Bihar
- belong to the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category
- have passed Class 12 with first division in intermediate examination from state government/madrasah/other government-recognised insitutuion
Benefits The selected candidates will receive a financial assistance of INR 25,000 (one-time).

How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the opportunity by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 3: Navigate to the ‘Students Click Here to Apply’ button at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Read the details carefully, tick the checkboxes, and click on the 'Continue' button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5: Fill in all the required details, preview and submit.

- Only two girls from one family will be deemed eligible to apply for this scheme.
- The students’ parents must not be working as government employees.
