About The Program
MAFSU Rajarshi Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj Shikshan Shulkh Shishyavrutti Yojna (EBC) Students, Maharashtra 2026-27 is an initiative of the Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University (MAFSU), Government of Maharashtra. It aims to provide financial assistance to students from the Economically Backward Class (EBC) category who are enrolled in diploma, degree, or postgraduate professional courses through the Centralised Admission Process (CAP). Selected students will receive a reimbursement of up to 100% of tuition and exam fees.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a domicile of Maharashtra
- be a "Bonafide Student of the Institute"
- be enrolled in a professional and technical course (UG/PG degree) in a recognised educational institution
- have taken admission under the general category
- be admitted through the Centralized Admission Process (CAP)
- have an annual family income of not more than ₹8,00,000
- have a minimum of 50% attendance in the previous semester (except for newly admitted students)
- not be a recipient of any other scholarship or stipend
- attempt every semester or annual examination

Eligible applicants can apply by following these steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.

Step 3: Click on the blue colour 'Register' button. Fill in your Aadhaar number, tick the checkbox, and click on 'Send OTP'
Step 4: Verify the OTP you receive and complete your registration.
Step 5: After successfully registering on the portal, click on the 'Applicant login' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 6: Log in using the username and password.
Step 7: Fill in the necessary details, upload the required documents, and submit.

- Only 2 children from a family are allowed to benefit from the scheme for the current academic year.
- Candidates from deemed and private universities are not eligible for the scholarship.
