About The Program
The Lightning Scholars Fellowship Program 2026-2027 is an opportunity provided by Perry World House, University of Pennsylvania to scholars with a PhD or equivalent degree. The selected candidates shall receive a fellowship of at least $50,000 and other benefits.

- be on the tenure track but not yet tenured (untenured)
