About The Program
The Life Time Contribution Award in Engineering 2025 is offered by the Indian National Academy of Engineering to eminent individuals in the field. It aims to recognise their life-long contribution. Selected candidates will receive a cash award of ₹5,00,000 and a citation.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, a nominee must:-
- be a citizen of India
- have made distinguished contributions in engineering, engineering research, engineering education, technology development, engineering services, or management
- have achievements that are regarded as landmarks of technological excellence and have brought prestige to the nation
Note:- In case the nominee is an INAE Fellow, they must not be a member of the INAE Governing Council during the year of the award.

- Nominations are to be invited from INAE Fellows only.
- Nominations must be submitted via email to inaehq@inae.in through the Fellow's registered email ID with INAE.
- Submissions should be made using the prescribed “Proforma for Nomination” (in Word format).
- The nomination must include a brief statement highlighting the outstanding and distinguished contributions of the nominee.
- Self-nominations will not be considered.
- Nominations remain valid for three years.
