Kalpana Chawla Chhatravratti Yojna for Girls (For engineering students) Scholarship Scheme 2025-26

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be a female resident of Haryana
• have secured admission in the first year of B.E, B.Tech, B.Arch, and B.Plan courses for the academic year 2025-26
• have passed class 10 and 12 Board examinations from a school situated in Haryana with a minimum 80% marks for Haryana Board School, and 85% marks for other boards in 12th class

Note:-

• Students from a school outside Haryana must produce a Haryana residence certificate.
• Students studying privately or through correspondence/distance mode, or in unrecognised institutions, will not be eligible for this scholarship.

Selected candidates will receive:-

• ₹8,350 per month for students selected based on rank in the JEE (Advanced) examination.
• ₹4,500 per month for students selected based on rank in the JEE (Mains) examination.

• Haryana resident proof
• Academic transcripts
• JEE (Mains/Advanced) score cards, attested by head of institution
• Caste certificate (if applicable)
• Disability certificate (if applicable, issued by chief medical officer of the concerned district)

Eligible candidates can apply by following these steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Navigate to 'Student Registration' under the 'Student' tab at the top of the dashboard and click on it.
Step 4: Enter the Parivar Pehchaan Patra (Family ID), a list of members will be displayed, select the name of the applicant and click on the 'Generate OTP' button.
Step 5: Enter the OTP received on the registered Mobile No. and click on the 'Verify OTP' button.
Step 6: After OTP Verification, all the details get auto-filled in the Registration Form, and cross-check the information.
Step 7: Select the Department and College, create a password and click on the 'Register' button.
Step 8: Click the login link at the portal and enter your valid credentials to apply for the scholarship.
Step 9: Provide all necessary details like course, roll no., eligibility, etc.
Step 10: Click on the 'Apply' button to save and submit the application.
