JMS Trust Merit Scholarships 2025

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• have passed their qualifying examination in the academic year 2025
• secure a minimum qualifying percentage of:
  • Category A - 75% aggregate in class 8th
  • Category B - 75% aggregate in class 10th
  • Category C - 75% aggregate (Science & Commerce), 65% aggregate (Humanities/Arts)
  • Category D - 60% aggregate (Science & Commerce), 50% aggregate (Humanities/Arts)
  • Category P - 60% aggregate (Science & Commerce), 50% aggregate (Humanities/Arts)
• be enrolled as a full-time student in one of the following:
  • Class 9
  • Class 10
  • Class 11
  • Class 12
  • Graduation courses
  • Postgraduation courses
  • Professional courses

Note:-

• Applicants must not be receiving other scholarships.
• 20% scholarships are reserved for the special category (handicapped), excellence in extracurriculars (sports, NCC, debating, dramatics, social services), and economically weaker sections (annual income below ₹1,20,000).

Selected candidates will receive a monthly scholarship of:-

• Category A - ₹400 for two years (9th -10th).
• Category B- ₹500 for two years (11th -12th).
• Category C - ₹600 for two or three years as applicable (graduation).
• Category D - ₹700 for two or three years as applicable (postgraduation).
• Category P- ₹1000 for two or three years as applicable (professional).

Note:-

• The scholarship must be utilised by the student for their studies only.
• Selected candidates must provide a continuity certificate issued by the head of the Institution every quarter.

• A duly completed application form
• A passport-size photograph (Max size 1 MB)
• Marksheet of last qualifying examination (Max size 10 MB)
• Proof of income (Max size 10 MB)
• Special category certificate (if applicable, max size 10 MB)

Step 4: Fill in the required details, upload the necessary documents and click ‘Submit’.
Step 5: Take a printout of the application form, attach the necessary documents and send it to:
