About The Program

India High Fliers Undergraduate Scholarships 2026-27 is an opportunity provided by the University of Birmingham to students pursuing selected full-time undergraduate programs at the university. A total of 20 scholarships are available for the academic year 2026-27. The selected candidates will receive £5,000 towards tuition fees for one year.

EligibilityDeadline Date: 30-Jun-2026

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

  • be a domicile in India
  • hold an offer to pursue a full-time undergraduate program at the University of Birmingham campus starting in September 2026
  • be classified as an overseas fee-payer student
  • be registered with and have applied through one of the university’s local representatives
  • pay their net tuition fees by 31st October upon enrolment

Note:-

  • Applicants must be first-year students to avail of this scholarship.
  • Outstanding fees not covered by the scholarship must be paid by the students.
Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a scholarship amount of £5,000 for the first year of undergraduate studies.

Note:- Candidates must have sufficient funds to cover the full cost of living at the University of Birmingham, plus any visa/travel expenses associated with studying in the UK.

Eligible candidates can apply by following these steps:-
Step 1:

Step 3: Apply to an eligible undergraduate program on the university website.
Step 4: Attach the scholarship application by contacting one of the local representatives listed below, ‘List of Partners’.

Note:- Applicants must contact the listed colleges to check if their school is a partner. The local representatives and the partnered schools will then nominate eligible students for the scholarship.

Selection Criteria

Applicants will be nominated based on their merit and their fulfilment of the eligibility criteria, as determined by local representatives and partner schools. The final selection will be made by the University of Birmingham. 

If the university is unable to select students due to exceptional circumstances, applicants will be notified and invited for an interview.
