About The Program
The IIT Roorkee Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship 2025–26 is offered by the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee, aimed at supporting academically meritorious students from economically weaker backgrounds. This scholarship provides an award of ₹1,000 per month for 10 months to eligible Undergraduate (UG) and MSc students for the academic year 2025-26.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- be enrolled in UG or MSc programs at IIT Roorkee
- have CGPA and YGPA more than 7.0
- not have been penalized due to unfair means/indiscipline
- maintain required academic performance and conduct standards
- family income must not exceed ₹5,00,000 per annum
Benefits
Selected students will receive an award of ₹1,000 per month for 10 months per academic year.
Note: For dual degree programmes, scholarship is available only up to the 4th year.
