About The Program
The HR&A Advisors 2026 Summer Analyst Internship is offered by HR&A Advisors, Inc. To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a bachelor's student graduating in 2027 or
- be a master's student graduating in 2027
- have a passion for urban development and policy
- have strong quantitative and qualitative skills
Note:-
- Students graduating in December 2026 are also eligible for consideration.
- Preference will be given to candidates with a concentration in urban planning, real estate development/finance, economic development, public policy, housing finance, sustainability, or related fields.

The selected summer analysts will receive a monthly stipend of $6,000 (approx. ₹5,38,602.00).
