Government Research Adhichatra, Maharashtra 2024-25

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be an Indian citizen
• be domiciled in Maharashtra
• have secured a minimum of 60% marks in their postgraduate degree (including B.A., B.Sc., B.Ed., M.A., M.Sc., and M.Ed.)
• be currently enrolled in one of the following Maharashtra institutions:
  • Government Science Institutes (Mumbai, Nagpur, Aurangabad) 
  • Government Vidarbha Gyan Vigyan Science Institute (Amravati) 
  • Vasant Rao Naik Mahavidyalaya College (Nagpur)
  • Universities and their affiliated colleges 

Note:- For applicants with degrees other than those listed above, a minimum of 60% marks is not required. 

The selected students will receive a monthly scholarship of ₹750 and an annual stipend of ₹1,000 for additional expenses.

• Domicile certificate
• Name of the student's guide
• University sanction letter for the guide
• Graduation and postgraduation marksheets/certificates

Note:- For renewal, students must submit an annual progress report from their guide and a progress report of their own from the last academic year.

Eligible applicants can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note: If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Navigate to the 'New Applicant Registration' button at the right-hand side of the dashboard and click on it.
Step 4: Fill in all required details, verify the email and the phone number, enter the captcha and click on the  'Register' button.
Step 5: After successfully registering on the portal, click on the 'Applicant login' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 6: Log in using the username and password. 
Step 7: Fill in the necessary details, upload the required documents, and submit.
