About The Program
Government of India Pre-Matric Scholarship, Maharashtra 2024-25 is an initiative of the Social Justice and Special Assisstance, Government of Maharashtra, for SC category students studying Class 9 and 10 at government or private instituitions. The selected students will receive a monthly scholarship of ₹350 and Adhoc grant up to ₹1,000.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be an Indian citizen
- be a domicile of Maharashtra
- belong to Scheduled Caste (SC) category
- be studying in Class 9 and 10 studying at government, government aided, private, or non-aided schoolsinstituitions
- belong to BPL (Below Poverty Line) category
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive the awards in the following manner:-

How can you apply?
Eligible applicants can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note: If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Navigate to the 'New Applicant Registration' button at the right-hand side of the dashboard and click on it.
Step 4: Fill in all required details, verify the email and the phone number, enter the captcha and click on the 'Register' button.
Step 5: After successfully registering on the portal, click on the 'Applicant login' button on the right-hand side of the dashboard.
Step 6: Log in using the username and password.
Step 7: Fill in the necessary details, upload the required documents, and submit.
