FASPE Business Fellowship 2026

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

• be individuals actively pursuing their business career and:
  • are enrolled in an MBA or related graduate program, OR
  • have completed their MBA or related graduate degree and are working as a business professional, OR
  • have completed an undergraduate degree and are working as business professionals
• have diverse interests and backgrounds
• be open-minded and self-reflective
• demonstrate leadership capabilities and potential for influence in their fields
• be fluent in the English language

Note:-

• This fellowship is available to applicants from various sectors such as non-profits, start-ups, consulting, finance, etc.
• The fellowship seeks individuals who are preparing for or in the early stages of their career, with total professional experience generally not exceeding 10 years.

Selected candidates will receive program and travel costs, including:-

• Round-trip economy-class airfare from the US to Europe.
• All transportation costs for group travel and activities in Germany and Poland.
• All admission fees.
• All program materials.
• All hotel costs.
• All group meal costs.
• Pocket money to cover non-group meals.
• Lodging arrangements.

• A duly filled application form
• Updated resume/CV
• Transcripts for academic/professional background
• Letters of recommendation
