About The Program
The ETH Zurich Excellence Scholarship & Opportunity (ESOP) Programme 2026 is an opportunity offered by ETH Zurich for meritorious Master’s applicants. Selected candidates will receive CHF 12,000 per semester with a tuition fee waiver.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be in the top 10% of their Bachelor’s degree programme (grade A)
- intend to enrol in a Master’s program at ETH Zurich
Benefits
Selected candidates will receive the following benefits for the duration of the Master’s program:-
- A scholarship of CHF 12,000 per semester
- A tuition fee waiver

- A valid visa/passport
- Pre-proposal for Master’s thesis
- Academic transcripts

Eligible candidates can apply by following these steps:-

Step 3: Scroll down to the ‘Application’ tab and click ‘eApply’.

Step 6: After successful registration, login with valid credentials.
