About The Program
The DRDO-CHESS Hyderabad Internship 2026 is an opportunity provided by the Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), Ministry of Defence, Government of India. This is for final year UG and PG students in the field of science and engineering. The selected students will receive a stipend of ₹30,000 and internship certificate.

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- be final year undergraduate and postgraduate students
- be pursuing a full-time course in the field of science and engineering from a recognised university/institute
- be below 28 years of age
- have scored at least 75% in the previous academic years

- Incomplete/erroneous applications will be rejected.
- The interns will receive the stipend in 2 halves - ₹15,000 after completion of 3 months and the remaining after completion of 6 months.
