About The Program

Dr. BR Ambedkar Scholarship for Topper Award, Delhi 2024-25 is an opportunity offered by the Department for the Welfare of SC/ST, Government of NCT of Delhi, for topper students belonging to SC/ST/OBC category studying in the technical/professional course. The selected meritorious students will be awarded ₹25,000 for each discipline after completion of the degree course in the university.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-

  • be an Indian citizen
  • be a domicile of Delhi
  • belong to the Scheduled Caste (SC)/Scheduled Tribe (ST)/Other Backward Class (OBC) community
  • have passed Class 10 and 12 from a recognised institution located in Delhi
  • be studying a professional/technical degree course at an institute in Delhi
  • have achieved top marks in the final year exams of the respective studies
Benefits

The selected candidates will receive an award of ₹25,000.

  • Caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC) issued by the competent authority of Delhi
  • Certificate/diploma/degree/marksheet for all previous qualifying examinations
How can you apply?

Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps:-
Step 1: 
Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required details to register (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID).
Step 3: Navigate to 'Apply Services' and click on it. 
Step 4: Now. click on the 'Register' button, select the Aadhaar card for the document type, enter the Aadhaar number and captcha code. 
Step 5: Tick the checkbox and click on the 'Continue' button to register.
Step 6: After successful registration, log in using the credentials (user ID, password, and captch code). 
Step 7: Select the scholarship scheme and fill the relevant details.
Step 8: Upload the required documents in the prescribed format and click on the 'Submit' button.

Selection Criteria

The selection of the students will be based on merit and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria.
