About The Program
The Delhi Higher and Technical Education Support Scheme 2024-25 is an initiative under the Directorate of Higher Education, Delhi Government, to support meritorious students from economically weaker and disadvantaged sections of society. The scheme ensures that no deserving student is deprived of higher education due to financial constraints. Selected students will receive tuition fee support based on their family income and academic performance.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
- To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a bonafide resident of Delhi
- have passed Class 12 from a recognised Delhi school
- be enrolled in a full-time undergraduate degree program at any government-funded Delhi state university/college
- have an annual family income of up to ₹3,00,000
- possess valid family income certificate issued by the SDM/Competent Authority, GNCTD
- have a minimum of 75% marks in Class 12 (5% relaxation for SC/ST)
- must not be availing of any other scholarship

Selected candidates will receive tuition fee support for their academic year based on verified income and academic merit.

How can you apply?
Eligible students can apply online by following these steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' below and read the details carefully.
Step 2: Click on the 'Register' button and fill in the required details to register. (Note:- If already registered, log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID.
Step 3: Click on the ‘Register' button.
Step 4: Select the document type and required details, click the tick box, and click the ‘Continue’ button.
Step 5: After registration, the access code and password will be sent to the mobile number provided in the registration form. (The registration needs to be completed within 72 hours by providing the access code and password at the e-District Delhi)
Step 6: Use valid credentials to ‘Login’ and proceed with your application.
