About The Program
The DAWN Rising Fellowships 2026 is an opportunity offered by the DAWN Feminist to women feminists under the age of 40. This fellowship provides postdoctoral researchers with an opportunity to further enhance their skills in their area of interest and expertise. The selected candidates shall receive USD 1,200 per month for 10 months.

- be from the Global South.
- demonstrate a commitment to feminist principles and methodologies.
Benefits
The selected candidates shall receive a stipend of USD 1,200 per month for 10 months.

Terms and Conditions
- Proposals must align with the theme of The Political Economy of Gender-Based Violence and Conflict.
- Proposals must include research, advocacy, mobilisation, resistance, or creative expression.
- Projects must engage with conflict-affected contexts in Sudan, Palestine, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).
- Only individual applications shall be accepted. Applications from organisations, groups, or collectives are not eligible.
