About The Program

The DA&FW Non-Paid Internship Programme 2025 is offered by the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India. This programme is designed to provide students with practical exposure to national-level programmes and policy initiatives in the agriculture sector through direct engagement with the Department. Selected candidates will gain experiential learning opportunities through government-led initiatives, including AgriStack, Digital Crop Survey, Farmer Registry, and Digital General Crop Estimation Survey.

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • be an Indian citizen
  • be a final year or passed-out graduate or post-graduate student
  • hold a degree in relevant disciplines: Computer Science, IT, AI, B.Tech/B.E in IT, CS, ECE, etc., or MCA/M.Tech (CS/IT)
  • have an excellent academic track record, preferably from a Centre/Institution of excellence
  • Have secured a minimum 60% or more cumulative marks in all years or till the last semester of graduation/post-graduation as of the date of application

Note:
Internship is available on a pilot basis for students from reputed universities and institutions across India.
