About The Program
The Chandigarh Sports Scholarship is offered by the Chandigarh Sports Council. This scholarship is designed to support, motivate and nurture the sports talents of the Chandigarh state through the inter-governmental competition conducted by the Education Department of Chandigarh. The winning player will receive the scholarship award up to ₹60,000, depending on their respective category.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be studying in Chandigarh
- be under the age of 23
- be among the first three position holders in an inter-school competition/championship
- be participating in the 42 specified categories
Note:-
- A player can receive only one scholarship per year, even if eligible for multiple categories.
- The date of the competition would be considered as the cut-off date for the concerned scholarship category.
