About The Program
The CCL Coal India Scholarship 2025 is offered by the Central Coalfields Limited for students pursuing studies from Class 5 to the graduation level. Selected candidates will receive financial assistance to support their studies.

To be eligible, an applicant must be a child of an employee of the Central Coal Fields and fulfil the following criteria:-
Merit Scholarship:
- have secured a rank between 1 - 20 in the Madhyamik/ICSE/CBSE Examination Standard or H.S./I.Sc./CBSE conducted by the State or Central Education Board
- furnish a Merit Certificate or a Certified Mark Sheet by the Head of the Institution specifying their academic details from the competent authority of the state/central education board (either by state or central government)
General Scholarship:
- must have secured the following minimum percentage marks in their last qualifying examination:

| Class 11 & 12 | 70% |
| Graduation in general stream and postgraduation like B.A., B.Sc., B.Com, M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., MBA, CA, ICWA, company secretaryship |

| Industrial technical certificate course from ITI recognised by state/central government | 75% |
| Polytechnic (diploma engineering course) in government-recognised institute | 75% |
| Degree course in medical and engineering colleges affiliated to government-recognised university | 70% |
Note:-
- CBSE/ICSE and other similar type of students must submit their applications showing their percentage of total marks.
- General scholarship applicants who are receiving other forms of funding will be provided a scholarship to the extent that the Coal India Limited's Scholarship exceeds the other funding.
- SC/ST students may be given a relaxation of 10% for the general scholarship category.
