About The Program

To be eligible, an applicant must:
- be between 21 and 30 years of age
- hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in humanities, social sciences, education, management, law, engineering, medicine, or other related fields
- demonstrate passion for social work and community development
- aligned with Teaching, EdTech, or Systemic Transformation
- ready to relocate to Chennai, Coimbatore, or Trichy
Note: Candidates with prior volunteering experience or demonstrated leadership in social initiatives will be preferred.
Benefits
Selected fellows will receive a monthly stipend of ₹25,500 while developing essential skills such as project management, collaboration, problem-solving, and systems thinking. They will also gain hands-on training and on-the-job experience teaching children in schools.
