Zoological Survey of India, Kolkata invites applications for Zoological Survey of India DST-SERB Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) 2021 from postgraduate degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the DST-SERB sponsored project, "Parasitic wasps of the families Encyrtidae and Mymaridae (Hymenoptera: Chalcidoidea) and their utilization in the management of sucking insect pests on Agricultural and Horticultural crops of Northeast India". The selected fellows will receive a fellowship of INR 35,000 per month plus HRA.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility The candidate must -
- Be below 28 years of age as of 15th March 2021
- Hold an MSc in Zoology / Life Sciences with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks from a recognised university
- Have experience in insects collection and Taxonomy of Hymenoptera / Insects
The candidates with working knowledge of Data and Statistical analysis and photographic skills will be preferred.
Benefits The selected fellows will receive a fellowship of INR 35,000 per month plus HRA.
