About The Program
Vocational Training Fee Reimbursement for ST Students, Maharashtra 2022-23 is an initiative of the Tribal Development Department, Government of Maharashtra for students belonging to the Scheduled Tribe Category and admitted to the seats under the PPP scheme in Government ITIs and Private ITIs through the centralized admission process. The selected students will receive a 100 % reimbursement of course fees.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- be a resident of Maharashtra
- belong to ST Category
- have taken admission through the PPP scheme to Government skill institutes or private institutes
- be admitted through central online admission process
- have an annual income of INR 2.5 lakh or less than equal to INR 8 lakh
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive the following benefits -
- For SSC Pass with family income of less than or equal to INR 2.5 lakh - As Per GOI scholarship
- For SSC Pass with family income above INR 2.5 lakh to less than or up to INR 8 lakh - 100 % reimbursement of course fees
- For SSc Fail with family income up to INR 8 lakh - 100 % reimbursement of course fees

- Domicile certificate
- Income certificate by the competent authority
- Original Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate (Mandatory)
- Caste certificate/Caste validity certificate
- Previous year's marksheet (for renewal)
How can you apply?
Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship through the following steps -
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button below.
Step 2: Click on 'New Applicant Registration'.
Step 3: Fill in all required details, verify the email and phone number.
Step 4: Complete the Aadhaar authentication process either through OTP or biometrics.
Step 5: The candidates will receive an OTP on their registered mobile number if they opt for OTP authentication.
Step 6: Complete the registration process by filling in all the required details.
Step 7: Log in using the username and password.
Step 8: Complete the scholarship application, upload the necessary documents and submit.

Selection Criteria
Terms and Conditions
- The attendance criteria is mandatory and must be as per DGT criteria.
- The scheme is applicable for SSC pass and SSC fail students.
- The candidate must not have taken any benefit from a training program sponsored by State/Central Government/Department/Local Body/Company or Corporation.
- The benefit of the scheme is applicable to only 2 children.
- The candidates will not be eligible for any reimbursement in case of non-satisfactory educational progress due to misconduct/failure in the academic year or low attendance.
- No Fee reimbursement will be given to students who took admission under Management Quota.
