Vellore Institute of Technology invites applications for the Vellore Institute of Technology School of Civil Engineering (SCE) Junior Research Fellowship 2021 from MTech/ME degree holders. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "IoT-LoRAenabled detection and prediction of groundwater pollutants in an open dumping yard and modelling the fate and transport of the pollutant". The selected candidate will receive a stipend of INR 31,000 per month plus 8% HRA for the first two years and INR 35,000 per month plus 8% HRA for the third year.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Hold an MTech/ME degree in Water Resources Engineering/ Hydrology/Environmental Engineering
- Have GATE qualification
- Have exposure and knowledge in IoT Platform/ Origin Software/ Groundwater Modelling using Visual MODFLOW
Benefits The selected candidate will receive a stipend of INR 31,000 per month plus 8% HRA for the first two years and INR 35,000 per month plus 8% HRA for the third year.
