Vellore Institute of Technology invites applications for Vellore Institute of Technology Post-doctoral Fellowship 2020 from students having a PhD in Food Science/Food Biotechnology. The fellowship is meant for the project titled, "Oleogels for prototypes melting at 37 C with a good sensory". The selected fellows will receive a stipend of INR 65,000 per month.
