About The Program
Veena Upendra Scholarship 2024 is an opportunity offered by the Youth Dreamers Foundation (a non-profit organisation) to students who are domiciled in Bihar and are willing to pursue an undergraduate degree from a recognised institution. The selected candidates will receive financial assistance of up to ₹30,000 depending on the course fees.

To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a domicile of Bihar
- have passed a recognised high secondary (Class 12)/pre-university/intermediate board examination (e.g., BSEB, CBSE) in 2024 with a minimum of 65% marks
- have scored a minimum of 60% marks in Class 10
- be enrolled in an undergraduate degree at a recognised institution/college/university
- have an annual family income not exceeding ₹3,00,000
Note:- Preference will be given to the female candidates.

Note:- The applicant must ensure all document uploads, including both the front and back of their Aadhaar card, are in PDF format and under 500KB in size.
