Vahani Scholarship 2018-19 invites applications from students of class 12 who wish to study undergraduate degrees from a top university. The scholarship aims to nurture exceptional talents with the help of full financial support for pursuing higher studies along with personal mentorship.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility - Students of class 12 are eligible to apply.
- Applicants must come from extremely difficult circumstances.
- The applicants must have bright potential.
Benefits - 20 candidates selected for the scholarship will receive full financial support in the form of full tuition fee for an undergraduate course and accommodation.
- Pre-university, during and post-university mentorship will also be provided.
- Pre-university mentorship includes personal skill development, application guidance, leadership development, psychological mentoring, and cultural adjustment through workshops and exchange programmes.
- During-university and post-university mentorship include career counseling, pairing with working professionals, mentorship by older students, internal guidance, get-togethers, workshops, and debates.

Step 3: Send the completed application form to info@vahanischolarship.comNote: Schools, NGOs and residents of India can send nominations for Vahani Scholarship by filling the nomination form. Also, one school can nominate 5 candidates.
Important Dates
Last date to submit school student nomination form: 1 November 2018
Last date to submit scholarship application form: 1 December 2018
Result after first round of interview: 31 December 2018
Second round of interview along with document verification: 1 to 3 January 2019
Announcement of the final result: End of February 2019
Selection Criteria
Applications sent by applicants will undergo an extensive review after which candidates will be selected as per the mentioned criteria. Applicants will then go through two rounds of interviews.
