Utrecht University invites applications for Excellence Scholarship 2018 from students who belong to the top 10% performers in their graduating class and are enrolling in a Master's programme at Utrecht University.

DeadlineClosed Eligibility To be eligible for the scholarship, an applicant must -
- Belong to the top 10% performers of graduating class.
- Hold an EEA/non-EU passport.
- Not be eligible for other study grants and loans under the Dutch system.
- Have completed Bachelor's degree and/or secondary school from an institution outside the Netherlands.
- Have applied for a Master's degree program starting from 1 September 2018.
Note: Not all Master's programmes have a starting date of 1 September 2018. Thus the candidates are required to check the programme available for the scholarship prior to applying.
How can you apply? Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship after submitting their master's programme application through following steps -
Step 1: Click here to apply online.
Step 2: Choose a language.
Step 3: Click here to register as a new user.
Step 4: Fill in required details and create an account.
Step 5: Log in using registered username and password.
Step 6: Complete the application process.
Step 7: Update required documents.
Step 8: Finally submit the application.
Terms and Conditions
Award Details
20 to 25 scholarship will be awarded to students in the year 2018-19. The scholarship includes tuition fee waiver or tuition fee waiver along with living expenses of 11 Euros.
