About The Program
The UNU Junior Fellows Internship 2026 is offered by the United Nations University. It offers competitive Junior Fellow internships for graduate students to gain experience and contribute to UN efforts by promoting dialogue, hands-on experience, and support. Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend and other benefits.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be under 32 years of age at the time of application
- be currently pursuing or has recently completed (within two years of application) postgraduate studies (master’s or doctoral), preferably in a field related to the University’s work
- not have more than 5 years of work experience in their related field
- a native or fluent command of written and spoken English
- have excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- establish and maintain effective working relations with people from diverse backgrounds
- demonstrate resourcefulness and creativity in problem-solving
- have advanced computer skills: sound, hands-on, knowledge of MS Office applications (familiarity with ICT tools and a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel are desirable)
