Sussex India Scholarship 2024 is an opportunity offered by the University of Sussex to financially assist Indian students pursuing a postgraduate taught degree at the university. Selected candidates will receive a tuition fee reduction of £4,000.

Sussex India Scholarship 2024
Deadline01-Sep-2024 Eligibility To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be a national of India
- be classified as ‘overseas’ for fee purposes
- have enrolled for a full-time postgraduate taught degree starting September 2024
Note:- Students admitted to the University of Sussex Business School can combine this scholarship with the Business School International Masters Award 2024. Similarly, students admitted to the School of Engineering & Informatics can combine it with the Engineering & Informatics International Masters Award 2024.
Students are ineligible for the scholarship in the following conditions:-
- If a sponsor covers the applicant's full tuition fees.
- If the applicants intend to pursue studies in any of the following fields:
- Certificates and diplomas including Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Courses at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS)
- Courses at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS)
- Early years teacher training programs
- Degrees in Social Work (if receiving an NHS bursary)
- Online courses
- School Direct teaching courses
- Masters funded by the research councils (e.g., ESRC 1+3 funding)
Benefits Selected candidates will receive a tuition fee reduction of £4,000.
Documents - Academic transcripts including certificates and marksheets
- A valid passport (if applicable)
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
How can you apply? Eligible applicants can apply for the scholarship by following the below steps:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID.)
Step 3: Read the details carefully, navigate to the 'You might also be interested in' section, and click on the given link to apply for a postgraduate taught course.
Step 4: Select the course and create a new account with all the necessary details.
Step 5: After successfully creating the account, fill in the required information and upload the necessary documents.
Step 6: Submit the application form.
Step 7: The suitable candidates will be automatically considered for the scholarship.

Selection Criteria
Candidates will be selected based on the fulfilment of the eligibility criteria.
