About The Program
The University of Madras invites applications for the University of Madras Post Doctoral Fellowship 2021 from postgraduate/PhD degree holders. The fellowship project is titled, "Efficacy of an Ethanolic Extract of Mucuna Pruriens in Pre-clinical Animal Models of Ischemia-induced Cellular Degeneration and Identification of the Probable Bioactive Components and Molecular Mechanisms”. The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 55,000 per month.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be 40 years of age
- Hold a first-class postgraduate degree in Anatomy/Neuroscience (Faculty of Medicine)
- Hold a PhD in Anatomy/Neuroscience
- Have work experience in animal experiments, especially animal surgery, to create spinal cord injury/cerebrovascular occlusive stroke
Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a fellowship of INR 55,000 per month.
