About The Program
University of Hyderabad School of Physics (SOP) Junior Research Fellowship 2021 is a research opportunity offered to Masters's degree holders. The candidate is required to work on a project entitled - "Laser Shock Peening of Inconel-718 Aero-engine Alloys (GTMAP)”. The candidate will receive a consolidated fellowship of INR 31,000 per month as per the norms.

To be eligible, an applicant must -
- Be 28 years of age
- Hold a Masters degree in Science/Technology in Physics/Applied Physics/Materials Science/Materials Engg or equivalent from reputed University/Insition in India with a minimum of 55% marks
- Have a valid NET/GATE score
