About The Program

The University of Exeter invites applications for the University of Exeter PhD Global Excellence Studentship 2021-22 from PhD applicants. The studentship aims to support an excellent project connecting with, or across several disciplines. Selected scholars will get full tuition fees and an annual maintenance grant of GBP 15,285 (2020/21 rate).

EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed

To be eligible, an applicant must:

  • Have a good first degree (at least 2.1, or international equivalent) in a relevant field of humanities
  • Have obtained or be currently working towards a Master's degree at Merit level, or international equivalent, in a relevant field of humanities
  • Be proficient in the English language
  • Have fee status classed as International

Selection Criteria

Selection will be based on an assessment of the applicant’s academic excellence, research potential, and research proposal.
