To be eligible, an applicant must:-
- be an Indian citizen with a valid passport
- be classed as an International student for fee purposes
- hold an offer to study in one of the following campus-based masters degree programme at the University of Exeter commencing in September 2024:
- The Exeter MBA
- MRes Global Political Economy
- MRes Management
- MRes Economics (Pathway to PhD)
- MSc Human Resources Management (24 or 30 months)
- MSc Minerals Processing (e.g., Professional Conversion)
- MSc Mining Engineering (e.g., Professional Practice)
- MSc Island Biodiversity and Conservation
- Legal Practice Course (LPC)
- Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL)
- MA Law (SQE1); MA Law (Conversion)
- LLM Legal Practice (SQE 1&2)
- SQE Preparation Courses
- Clinical Psychology programmes delivered by Clinical Education, Development and Research (CEDAR)
- Master of Public Administration (MPA) with Applied Study
- Postgraduate diplomas
- Degree apprenticeships
- meet the conditions of that offer as set out in their programme offer letter
Note:-
- Applicants who have received their offer of admission prior to March 2024 must pay the tuition fee deposit by the deadline stated in the scholarship communication letter.
- Applicants who have received their offer of admission from March 2024 onwards must pay the tuition fee deposit by the deadline stated in the original program offer letter.
Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a tuition fee reduction of worth £3,000 (approximately ₹3,14,21.41).
Note:- Students applying for this scholarship can also be considered for the University of Exeter Global Excellence Scholarship, which offers a £7,500 award.

How can you apply?
Eligible candidates can apply for the scholarship by following the steps mentioned below:-
Step 1: Click on the 'Apply Now' button.
Step 2: Click the 'Register' button and fill in the required registration details. (Note:- If already registered log in using Gmail/Mobile number/Email ID.)
Step 3: This grant will be automatically awarded to eligible students applying for admission in September 2024 who have paid their deposit by the previously stated deadlines. A separate application is not required.

Selection Criteria
The candidates for the scholarship award will be selected based on academic merit, personal statements, and the applicant's application to the University of Exeter.
Qualifying applicants who apply by 31st July 2024 for the September 2024 entry, and who have paid their deposit by the mentioned deadline will automatically be selected for this scholarship. No additional application is necessary.

Terms and Conditions
- These scholarships are intended for self-funded students.
- Recipients of this scholarship are not eligible for renewal in subsequent academic years.
- Accepting a scholarship offer is no longer guaranteed for students who miss the deposit deadline. However, scholarship consideration may still be possible in some cases.
- Applicants who qualify for multiple scholarships will receive the one with the highest value.
- This scholarship will be applied directly to your first year's tuition and cannot be disbursed as cash or used for other expenses like accommodation fees.
- If the candidate chooses to pay their tuition fees in installments, then the award will be deducted from the total annual tuition fee, and the resulting balance will be split accordingly.
- This award may be void or converted to a different fee arrangement if the candidate's tuition is funded by an external organisation such as a foreign government, Chevening, the Commonwealth, or a partner institution with a separate funding agreement with the university.
- Students must inform the University of Exeter of any external funding before enrolment by emailing a copy of their award letter to the admissions through email at: pg-ad@exeter.ac.uk
- If a candidate defers their acceptance of the 2024/25 offer or changes their fee status, the scholarship offer will be rescinded.
- Award recipients are required to submit a photograph and a written statement or video for use in promoting the scholarship programs and student experiences.
