About The Program
University of Bristol GREAT Scholarship - India 2023 is an initiative of the British Council in partnership with the GREAT Britain Campaign for Indian postgraduate candidates. The selected candidates will receive up to £10,000 towards the cost of tuition fees for a master's degree.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must -
- have a valid Indian passport
- be classed as an overseas fee-payer
- be entirely self-funded
- hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) to start a one-year full-time master's degree in September 2023
- be academically strong and demonstrate motivation
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive £10,000 for a year to provide the cost of tuition fees or any one-year taught master’s degree offered at the University of Bristol.

How can you apply?
Eligible applicants can apply for the scholarship by following the below-mentioned steps -

Step 3: Navigate to 'How to Apply' and click on the give 'How to Apply' button.

Step 5: Fill in the required details, attach the necessary documents and submit.

Selection Criteria
Terms and Conditions
- Only one scholarship award could be made per student.
- Candidates must hold an offer to start a one-year full-time master’s course.
- Successful candidates shall be contacted on or before 21st May 2023.
- Unsuccessful applicants will be notified shortly as well.
