About The Program
University of Bristol GREAT Scholarship - India 2026 is an initiative of the British Council in partnership with the GREAT Britain Campaign for Indian postgraduate candidates. The selected candidates will receive up to £13,000 towards the cost of tuition fees for a master's degree.
EligibilityDeadline Date: Closed
To be eligible, an applicant must -
- have a valid Indian passport
- be classed as an overseas fee-payer
- be entirely self-funded
- hold an offer (conditional or unconditional) to start a one-year full-time master's degree in October 2025
- be academically strong and demonstrate motivation
Benefits
The selected candidates will receive £13,000 for a year to cover the cost of tuition fees or any one-year taught master’s degree offered at the University of Bristol.

How can you apply?
Eligible applicants can apply for the scholarship by following the below-mentioned steps -
